I’ve been thinking about Mental Health Awareness Week, and everyone on the team has been sharing their mental health tips. I wondered if I had one myself. I have tried walking, but I’m not consistent with it week on week. Some people do some serious exercise or sport three to four times a week, which is impressive. After much thought, I realized that seeing my kids happy and spending time with them makes me feel good. But the best thing for my mental health is sleep – good sleep from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. That’s about eight hours, and it’s perfect for me. So, that’s my mental health tip!
